Notes

Not as far as initially thought due to getting started later and once run started decided i would just do strides. first mile didn't feel bad but was 8:14 which i guessed would be 7:50s which just showed me how fatigued the legs are right now and no bounce. stayed around there the rest of the run. 4 strides in last mile felt ok.
