Wasn't quite sure if I had this one in me, but as luck may have it...

Back to the old mantra, "Train slower to race faster". This was by far the furthest training run I've done. 12+ is no joke. Lungs were fine, legs were fine, it was just the knees that weren't quite on board. Doesn't matter, this was an awesome night for a run, and another good one with a great running partner.
