Good run. Thought the first was faster, and the second slower. Gonna be 90 here today, real humid. I figure this afternoon I'll learn what it's like to run in a cloud. Just plan on doing a VERY easy 2 miles tonight. Off tomorrow, race Saturday. Crap!!!
