So I said 8-10 at 8 minute pace, and Mychael said, "Oh I don't know, I'm not a fast runner, I don't like it". Flash forward to post run were I died at 7.5 at 7:39 and he finished the last half mile to get to 8. What a run. It was cool to run with someone different. It was NOT cool to go into that wind tonight. Out of the north and strong. Riding tomorrow then running hopefully two more times before ZAMM next Saturday.
