Dead on my ass when it started. Even felt kinda dizzy. But then holy crap. I was wide awake and felt GREAT. Could have done 3 more miles at that pace easy. Already kind of did a long one on Sunday, so just shut it down early. Wore my HR monitor and I don't think I ever got over 178, which is encouraging. Yesterday's ride had my legs a wee sore but nothing terrible. Feeling fine......
