First run without walk breaks. Was a bit tough on the longer stretches, insofar as I avoided a lot of stoplights and stop signs resulting in some pretty long running stretches. Form was breaking down in the last couple miles, but I never felt outside my fitness capabilities. Considering the distance and duration, this was a impressive gut check of my current fitness level. I think it validates that I'm coming back more quickly than I did in 2008. I should be able to drop the walk breaks next week on everything other than, perhaps, the long runs.
