Notes

Moderate tendinitis or stiffness in the ankle when I woke up. Some sharp pain, but not excessively severe. Seemed to alleviate a bit when running, and stiffened again when I stopped for red lights.

Somewhere around mile 4-5, I felt a pop in the ankle, and the pain was gone. No stiffness for the rest of the run, and no stiffness afterward.
