Notes

Level 1 Workout without poles due to my recent snapping of one. Nonetheless, it was a focused, beneficial workout for both physique and technique. There was an unusually strong headwind, so the 4 1/2 miles in took about 50 minutes in level 1, but the ride back was with the wind, so I made it back in 20 minutes. It was pretty scarily fast.
