Notes
Isolated the core for specific strength today.
Did a circuit because been working well lately.
Exercises:
Hanging Leg Raises, Plank, V-Sit, L-Sit, Side Plank.
Each exercise was done with no pause between reps/sets. Each exercise was done until near failure. Tension was maintained through the isometric exercises.
1st Circuit: 0:07:25
2nd Circuit: 0:03:30
Felt pretty burned out after both circuits and couldn't safely maintain form anymore, so that was all.
