Miscellaneous workout: 10 minutes WU on elliptical plus power ball to wu the arms,
a series of excercises I wanted to try (done as circuit) including sumo dead lifts, back extensions and lots more,
the Runnerdude's core and upper body workouts as circuit, plus chest presses and flies, lounges, one legged squats, resistance tube chest and shoulder extensions, chin ups and toe crunches... adding up to 510 kCals
