Notes
The Nike+ is wrongly calibrated again. The value was 18.15mi, while the plot on the map marks 19.02 for the same route using a route as straight as possible. The calibration of the last route gave a ratio of 1.166 for GPS/ sensor.
I have to recalculate the whole values again. The sensor was indeed already calibrated with the GPS.
