Some varied stuff, a full upper body circuit from The RunnerDude, 20x Sumo Dead Lifts wit the EZ bar, 20 extra push ups, 7 leg raisers, 4x chin ups in 4 different positions, 10 minutes WU on the elliptical and 2x20 single dumbbell clean press to squat + 5 attempts of handstand push ups (with feet on the wall... well, I still need some time)
