Notes
The interval is not exact and the max HR is only the desired as during the intervals it was way higher.
The timing is also not exact as I was counting backwards from 45 (in German) which is more or less 1 min. Else I would have had to be checking my sportsband and this is not quite easy during a sprint.
Next time I will keep it to the letter of the Nike+ coach and do TEMPO and not sprints, lol
