SNOW!
Form:
Loosing form very few times (abs, column)
Still need to improve picking up and relaxing feet but it's progressing.
Need to improve on lean at slow pace.
HR:
Went up at the start, so that I had to slow down a lot. AT half of the course it stabilized around 135-6 going down to 125. I was able to increase pace while keeping the HR below 141.
General:
I had no other choice but to maintain proper form because of the snow. There where slippery patches of compacted snow but my Nikes performed exceptionally. I noticed the difference later while walking to work on my Panama Jacks.
