3 miles @ 730ish, then I remembered this was supposed to be easy, so I took it down for the next few miles, then one last mile with strides @710.
what exactly is 730ish and is that an extra mile I see ;-)

730ish means mostly 730. Haha. It also means sometimes I would feel the need to go faster. But I slowed down after a few miles anyways so it all evens out.
And extra miles.. I don't know what you're talking about, I don't do that. You must have me confused with some other crazy girl you know. ;)
