Notes
This week has been really really off for me. I don't get it. Today was 6 miles, 3 easy warm and 3 with pick ups but the pick ups were sad. My legs just weren't having it today. I think I ended up with 3 at 740 average warm up and last 3 at 700 650 710 and those didn't feel easy even though it was slower than I normally am for this type of run.
