Notes

Good thing I don't believe in do overs anymore because that sucked. First time off the treadmill and although I tried to plan the least hilly route possible, every tiny incline made me so so sad. It was slow and pitiful and I had breaks ugh. Oh well, I'm sure I will do it again next week.

3 miles w/u (750 800 800)

5x1 minute on/off

2 minutes rest

10 x 30 seconds on/off

Basically the first mile and repeats were fine. After that it was just hard and the more pissed I got the harder it felt. It just wasn't happening the way I wanted it to today that happens. Also on the treadmill my recovery parts are controlled and in real life today they were all over the place.

2 miles cool down that I didn't even want to do at this point but I had no choice because I was still that far away (730 720- clearly I wanted to hurry up and be done)
