Ran with Jeremy for the first 8 before he had to stop. Weather was typical Florida morning weather. Last two miles in approximately 7:35 and 7:21. Did 2 x 10m butt kicks, 2 x 10m high knees, and 1 x 10m single leg hops afterwards.
