500 m using buoy and arms only; 500 of 'play' intervals ... pushing through 50m (fairly handy, but not full out) and little rests between. It was meant to be, and it was, a fun session. Plan for next few weeks is to build to two longish swims (1.5-2km) in the week, before I start doing sessions or more specific workouts. Must return to reading TriAhtletes book.
