Started race at an easy pace and crept up to speed. First 2 miles were downhill and rest of the race was uphill except for a couple minor downills. Overall pace was good, but I should have run faster. I had a lower HR for the pace than the last two races, which was great. Legs felt tired at the beginning of the race, probably due to less recovery time from running, biking, and swimming this week.
