Notes
Only slept 7 hrs last night and it made me cranky this morning and I did not want to get up and go for a run. Besides that, there was some wind from the South which made the out really unpleasant. On the way back I felt my legs loosening up and felt like I could go a lot longer. Unfortunately working out before work means that I have a time constraint - especially if I want to do core after. I don't really want to get up any earlier than I'm getting up now but I might need to if I want to get longer runs in during the morning.
