COMMENTS: Walk back from lunch.

My natural walking pace seems to be in the 15-17min. mile range, which is not enough to boost my heart rate into the "cardio zone". I could make myself walk faster, but I'm thinking I won't--I'll rely on jogging (and gym workouts) for the actual cardio stuff, and just let walking be a strictly calorie burning/sun-tanning activity.
