Pushups down to elbows-at-right-angles (three sets--15, 10, 8 reps), triangle pulldown (140 lb), dumbell shoulder press (35 lb x 2), triceps pressdown (85 lb), dumbell curl (25 lb x 2); for each exercise except pushups, did two sets of 8-12 reps
