COMMENTS: I'd let myself go a whole week since my last upper-body workout, which I had *not* intended to do... Anyway, I took it easy this time--just two sets of most exercises (three sets of shoulder presses, but with lighter weights than I'd been using). Really, if I can maintain my current level of upper-body musculature while losing the fat, I'll be happy with that. So I may switch more into maintenance mode while I'm rehearsing.
