Notes

Medium/hard effort on trainer while watching Tour. Mostly Z3 (140+) with some Z2, hard to keep HR in Z2 while maintaining 15 mph. Nutrition: 1 GU at start, 1 after 80 minutes, 1 bottle Accelerade, 1 Nuun, 1 water. Endurox and Recover Ease after. Legs felt strong.
