Notes

Week 3 course at Kyles. Medium/hard effort, resistance seemed to crank up after about 1.5 miles to the point where flats felt like hills?? HR was still pretty high, above LT, but speed and power was WAY down from last week, not sure if it's me or the trainer or some of each??
