Notes
So after the easy 5 earlier in the day I return to the streets of Baltimore for some speed work. I wanted to run sub 7's for my tempo and except for the 1 second I was off the first mile made it happen rather easily. The flat terrian here makes things a lot faster then I am use to in Maine. That is ok, I will be back there tomorrow. It felt good to stretch the legs at a faster pace and I was pleased with how I felt during the tempo, it was a workout but nothing to bad. If it were a race I definitely had more to give.
