2 PMs at 8, only woke up at 215! And didn't bother getting up then, was 100% zonked at 345 alarm, left calf on the outside was tender, maybe bc of 10 min foam rolling session late yesterday afternoon? WaS sore to walk on barefoot but better with shoes, elliptical hadn't hurt at all...
Walked 10 min wu, then did 5 min easy, then the 3/3 hardish/easier, then a regular run last 10 mins, felt good!

Legs both achy when done, so took a walk, then yoga, then epsom salt bath, hopefully get in boots before work gets too busy
