did as 4+ of usual 10k loop since Tick Tock is looped (tho <1/2 that length)

wanted to practice r/w intervals, so did the first six as 20/5 (thought I had changed it to 21/4, but I guess it didn't sync, anyway, this worked out ok, 1-newton, 2-newton, 3-vanilla gu w/ 20mg caffeine, 4-newton + 2 salt stick chews, 5-newton, 6-vanilla gu w/ 20mg caffeine

figured I'd be getting tired, so set the next 6 up as 16/4, 1-newton, 2-newton, 3-vanilla gu w/ 20mg caffeine, 4-newton + 2 salt stick chews, 5-newton

made 2 pit stops @ home to pee; second one, also filled up gatorade and water bottles, I think I probably drank at least 1L of each

was kinda hard to get the newtons down as time went on (drier and drier mouth) but i could tell they were helping as did the caffeine in the gu for sure, plus at the run, there will hopefully be more opportunities to refill water so won't have to be miserly

ERMAGERD!!!!!! the time for the actual run portion was 3:38:00 and I HIT 26.17 MILES!!!!!

dunno what Brian will think of splits - I had my watch set for target pace of anywhere from 830-856, but the quicker ones FELT SO MUCH BETTER - hr for whole thing ave only 142, and pace 858 tho...
