was going to keep today as a rest day and go to barn, but just wasn't feelin it, didn't want to waste an afternoon @ home so did my speed workout for the week

6x400m (9mph or 6:40 mpm for 1:40) w/ 1:20 recoveries @ 6mph

started out feeling very sluggish, had more energy at end than beginning
