ml 14 miles, target pace of 9:25-10:17 (all were within that, yay! even tho the garmin was bitching often about being off pace...
did WL loop + last 4 of normal 10k - stopped at ~10.4 @home bc of flinttads, then had some water - was REALLY hard to get going for the last 4 miles :(
had eaten 2 sport beans at just over 4, 6, and 8, but didn't feel like they did anything, so didn't bother after that...
just the heat and humidity dragging me down I think :(
