she was FULL of it, prob b/c I haven't done anything w/ her in a while and we were in the pasture next to the forest, anyhow, just did some 20m circles @ a trot, some @ canter but that felt very stiff and lots of walking shoulder in and then some half pass, when I did some sitting trot on the circles, she had lots of power , it was fun
