no ibus - knee felt 100% last night when went to bed, but achy when woke up
only up at 1130, 100% zonked @ 430 alarm

felt AWESOME, right last couple of toes still somewhat numb but no bottom of foot pain
knee was pretty good til right after 8 miles when it felt red hot, but that let up after a few minutes
