fer fuck's sake - thought for sure I'd zonk out all night last night, but was up from 1212 til sometime after 2 and woke up w/ no alarm at 414 - head was groggy at first, but cleared up while walking boys..... had no plans in mind for run, but it was so nice out (why couldn't it have been this clear the morning of the eclipse? :( ) and peaceful and everything felt good, went 12, and it's always nice when the last miles are the fastest.... 14 dogs for pics today, praying they are better behaved than last week's bunch... left hamstring kinda pissy, prolly good tomorrow's a planned rest day
