felt waaaay better than last week's 14!

had a couple chugs of lemonade Gatorade every odd mile and a honey stinger chew every even mile...

had a 3 egg, ham, and cheese omelet for dinner last nite and a slice of garlic bread - worked well - last 4 miles were the fastest! (and included the big hill!)
