medium-long run; goal pace was 9:25-10:17 - the 10:07 was when I stopped at 6.2 to get some swigs of water - felt pretty good the whole run - had had zaxby's for lunch yesterday, a small mixer from culvers, and then a salad w/ a slice of ham for dinner … seemed sufficient... have been feeling some soreness in left hip after running for last several runs - though it never bothers me while I'm running
