killing me to go as slow as the less than 143 bpm requires but also aware that there's no way i'll be able to keep an 8:00 pace for 6 hours so better start figuring out how to keep my hips from hurting at a slower pace

wondering if yesterday's stitch was bc dehydrated, maybe didn't drink enough during/after Sat. long run? Fri PM and Sun PM, had nuun with dinner, runs on Sat. and Mon, were great... that stuff tastes like crap tho, so maybe can find better alternative & make it a reg practice
