Had 1 orange ucan at 30 mins (directions say 1 30-45 mins before and 1 per 60-90 minutes but has only 70 cals, 19g carbs, so could possibly take more frequently? not bad, just a bit chalky AND pasty, not sure how they managed that formulation), swigs of raspberry lemonade eltye ~ every 1.5 miles
Run itself felt good, tho quads feel slightly blocklike
