lr 20 miles, target pace of 9:25-10:17, kept it just a bit slower than the midpoint of those - this run was much harder than last week, it was hotter and WAY more humid, did the drink on odds, chews on evens...left hip still sore, my stride was very short and shuffly pretty much the whole time :(
