30 mins at 820 am following 20 min, 1.5c epsom salt bath (with all this maintenance, it's good it's a wfh day), followed squeeze session w/ voltaren/arnica wrap from just above left knee to foot, tights over for compression/heat - have GOT to get this leg working again
