GA 11, target pace of 9:51-10:43, did feel sluggish, but I think that's only due to having now run 7 days in a row, not wanting to take a rest day while the weather is still decent in case Dorian (whose arrival keeps getting delayed) makes it impossible to run due to wind/rain/debris...
