Took a muscle relaxer yesterday at 6pm, feel like it helped until wtb at 9
Woke up at 1245 to pee n could barely get outta bed
Took 2 PMs and slept til 720, woke up and again could barely move (mostly achilles, somewhat knees)
Called in for a sick day
2 ibu at 930 am, then got into boots for an hour, they feel great
15:00 pre-yoga
45:00 after dinner (had put compression socks on yesterday afternoon, took them off after dinner tonite and horror of horrors, I have CANKLES and both ankles are horribly bruised looking on the insides down to my feet, will try sleeping with them elevated tonite)
