plan was for 20 (last one before taper!) made it my goal to get it done in less than 3hrs...at 90 minutes, I was at 10 miles, and those 10 had pretty much all been flat (wl x2) so knew I had to step it up to be able to do a hard 10 more at the same or better pace...did 1 expanded kw loop and one regular, then finished w/ rest of normal ps loop...at 2:30:00, I had gone 17 miles, so that hour was way faster than the first 1.5 hours...finished w/ nearly a 7 minute negative split! i had 6 gummy bears each at 5, 10, and 15 miles, + a couple swigs of watermelon advocare & vitaminwater lemonade, which actually tasted pretty good...it was drizzle/misting from 1-4, then quit for a bit, and then picked back up from 14-20...@ mile 11 i could feel a huge blister forming on the bottom inside of my right foot from my soaked socks/shoes, it was pretty painful but sfw? kept pushing....
