Walk warmup 15 mins
Then was sposed to to 4x 3 min run, 3 min walk, but ended up doing the walk portions at a super pokey jog
Was sposed to do a 10 min walk cooldown, but jogged first 5
Oddly, left achilles was sore on first run bit, freaked me out
Calf not 100% normal, but also not painful - more of a 10% nqr feeling
SO FUCKING GREAT TO RUN AGAIN!!!!!
And amazingly, vo2m still 60
