58, 63% humidity! my right achilles hurt a bit after Saturday's run, so I iced it some on sunday, and then it was sore again after yesterday's so iced it in the AM and PM - I got some twinges today and will ice again a couple times, hopefully be able to do 10 tomorrow - today's run was nice though, with it being cool again!
