did this run after going to barn - still having lower back (right) and neck (left) pain, also still hacking pretty bad :(

pick up by 0.1mph every 1 minute for 10 mins, up to 7.7(?), hold for 5 mins, then back down by 0.1mph every 1 minute for 10 mins, 5min c/d @ 6.6mph
no way could i make it to the 8.1mph that I was able to on last tempo run :(
