15 mins post afternoon walk... followed it up with 30 mins epsom salt soak 1.5c this time, still made me itchy AF... spent half that time massaging right achilles (could feel and hear adhesions at first) and left knee (got it flexing fairly hitch free)... followed that up with voltaren on both achilles at 215 pm
30 mins after dinner (didn't walk, right achilles v sore)
