1 pc pb toast, few sips coffee, 2 headache/caffeine pills before
brought maurten 160 cals, 39g carbs (finished ~80% on the run) -->128 cals, 31.2g carbs, had 1-2 swigs at least every mile
@20min vfuel fudge brownie, 100 cals, 23g carbs - not terrible tasty but kinda runny & really messy, thank god for someone's sprinkler being on
@40min GU cola, 100 cals, 22g carbs, 40mg caffeine, tasty, way less mess than vfuel
@60min extreme sport beans, smoothies, 100 cals, 25g carbs, 50mg caffeine, tasty as fuck but pita to chew so many
@80min SIS go energy + electrolyte, raspberry, 87 cals, 22g carbs but 2 oz, took 4 minutes to choke down going uphill at the time, not fun + blech
@100min GU roctane vanilla orange, 100 cals, 21 g carbs, 35mg caffeine, good stuff, easy to eat
@120min vfuel raspberry lemonade, 100 cals, 23g carbs, tasted ok but syrupy/messy

run felt REALLY good; finished not feeling like death and had enough oomph to go ride 90 minutes
making these notes ~5.5 hours post-run and is nice to be able to say no queasy/pukey feelings today! not sure what humidity % was earlier, but it must've been high bc I came back soaked, it's too early for that!! :(
