Long run with Dan. Wasn't sure how far I'd get today and it was certainly not easy. We started on the 8.5 loop so I had to get that far. I was feeling good enough to get the extra mile and half in at the end. While the run felt okay, it pretty much tuckered me out the rest of the day.
