Solid workout. Could have handled one more mile, but with the down week or so I felt like this was a good start back into a workout. Chilly night, but once we got going I felt pretty comfortable. If I'd done the 4th mile I might have backed off a little on the 2nd and 3rd mile, but still felt really good.

Today is a wish-list. If the weather is really cold or the footing is rough then run easy for 6 or 7 miles.
